Skoda has revealed Kushaq Facelift in compact SUV segment with some very good and first in segment features. The SUV is looking superb in this new avatar. Kushaq’s rival is Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Victoris, Tata Sierra etc. There are some changes related to design and some are related to transmission as well.

Skoda Kushaq is getting sales in limited numbers which is very less than its direct competitor Hyundai Creta. So to capture a large market in this segment Skoda has come with Kushaq facelift model. This update has some of the very good first in segment feature to give it edge over other cars. But at the same time it misses out on some of the important features as well.
Skoda Kushaq Facelift New Features
The Kushaq has now new projector headlamps design which looks very bright, new grille with connecting DRL coming all over inside the vertical design pattern on the grille looks pretty cool design resembling with its elder sister Kodiaq. Also now some features like rear defogger and wiper, LED headlights is standard across all segments. All variants will have sunroof although lower variants will come with small single pan sunroof while upper models will have panoramic sunroof. Auto dimming IRVM, and first in segment massage function in the rear seats, 10.25 inch infotainment screen but 7 inches display on lower variant, driver display is also new 10 inches, AI google assistant, ventilated seats, 6 way adjustment front seats, electric adjustment co passenger seat, ambient lighting. No ADAS and no 360 degree camera given in any of it’s variant. Cruise control, touch infotainment, alloy wheels , rear wiper and defogger all given from base model. New 17 inch alloy wheel for higher variants and 16 inch for lower variants. Now it gets 8 speed torque converter replacing 6 speed transmission with 1.0 L petrol engine option.
Skoda Kushaq Facelift Variants
This car will be having 5 variants Classic+, Signature, Sportline, Prestige and Monte Carlo. The lower models having 25+ active and passive safety features including 6 airbags, 3 point seat belt but the upper 2 models Prestige and Monte Carlo will be having 40+ active and passive safety features.
