JSW MG has launched Hector facelift model and by looking it we can say that its a facelifted avatar only not a major upgrade.
MG Hector Facelift Exterior
MG Hector has now got some little updates mainly in exterior side which are more noticeable. The front grille has been changed. Now it gets completely new design in its front grille. Its a Hexagonal style and its in chrome finishing. Giving it a very good road presence. LED DRLs are more or less same in term of design and size. Headlight set up is also same with Projector Headlamps. Also the design of the alloy wheels have been changed. Now they look more stylish. The front bumper is also updated with new silver finish. The Back profile is also similar to previous one. The rear light setup is almost same. Only rear bumper is updated.
MG Hector Facelift Interior
The Interior of the car has not also changed very much but a little updates it got. The screen is same as before the biggest in the segment. But now it has got new updates with gesture control function introduced in the car. These are basically touch based gesture control like two finger swipe to control volume etc. The steering wheel is also same the designing and the functions also. For other functions it has got Panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, ADAS for better driving, Cruise control, Infinity speaker, digital meter, no sunshade is available for rear passengers, rear reclining seats, rear arm rest with cup holders.
MG Hector Facelift Dimensions
The dimension of the MG Hector is same i.e Length is 4699mm, width is 1837mm and Height is 1760mm. Wheel base is 2750mm and the turning radius 5.8 m. The ground clearance is 192m,fuel tank Capacity is 60L. The boot space is one of the largest in the segment 587L.
Engine options
Engine of the MG Hector is same as before and there is no change in it 1.5L 4 cylinder turbo Petrol engine with 141BHP and 250NM torque, 2.0L 4 cylinder Diesel engine with 168BHP and 350 NM torque . Expected mileage is 12.34KMPL to 13.79KMPL for Petrol Engine and for Diesel its 16.17KMPL.
