Engine is the heart of a car. Everything a car defines is based on it. So first of all keeping it maintained is the most important step. First always check engine oil level. It should not be less than a defined mark. If it is less than the suggested level then there is a problem. The parts will start wear out.

So always try to keep checking these points. Also its important to Check if engine oil is increasing over a point. this situation is also bad for engine because there will be more oil than required.
- Check for coolant in the car, never open coolant cap in hot engine or immediately after running. Try to cool the engine first then open its cap. Check for its coolant level if its less than minimum mark then check leakage there can be leakage from Hose pipe. Check other points as well for leakage of coolant. Also coolant should not be more than its maximum level there should always be a gap in the coolant container. The coolant can be cleaned using deep flush or radiator cleaning will work if coolant is not dark in color. Coolant should be replaced after every 20000km or 2 years which ever is early.
- Gear oil needs to be checked every time we service our car. If there is any leaks in the gear oil and if its less than the required level then synchronizer ring will be wear out. Try to change it in every 30000km run.
- Break oil should be changed in every 2 years because moisture starts to accumulate in Break oil if kept for long time and it rust the master cylinder and eventually cause break failure.
- Clean Air Filter in every 5000km and replace it in every 10000kms.
- Do not hold the clutch while driving the car this practice harm the clutch plates.
- Check the Spark Plug, O2 sensor, Throttle Body, Radiator, Condenser, Timing belt, any Oil leakage and clutch plates also during servicing the car. Only changing oil and changing oil filter and AC filter does not mean all service is done.
- For Diesel Engine – Clean EGR wall, Intercooler, intake fuel cleaning, Turbo cleaning and timing chain cleaning should be done regularly.

- never keep any eatables inside for long time it will attract Rats and harm any cable
- Use a rodent spray or you can use naphthalene balls to remove any rodent attack,

- Do not wash car daily with water because it causes corrosion. Drive your car for 10-15 kms so that water will evaporate.
