Now seeing high potential, some Car manufacturing companies are planning to launch new Model and some are planning to upgrade their existing models.
Hyundai Venue 2026
Hyundai Venue is the most loved car in India when it comes to compact SUVs segment. With the sales number achieving around 6000-7000 per month it has been proved also. Now Hyundai is coming with a new launch of this car in November 2025. It will be a major design change with new LED light setup and updated DRLs. But the engine will remain same as the pre existing models i.e. 1.2 liter Mpi petrol, 1.0 liter turbo GDi petrol and 1.5 liter CRDi diesel. Hyundai will be trying to keep design new and fresh focusing more on good road presence. Venue prices will also be revealed on the same launching date.
Tata Punch Facelift
Tata Punch is the best selling Compact SUV. This car is comfortable and comes with 5 star safety rating, also the driving on bad road is super excellent with its super suspension. This car also comes in CNG with dual cylinder technology, so this overall becomes the best choice for the customer. Tata is coming with its facelift version in late 2025. The car will get update in its features and will become more modern and premium. The offering will be 10 inch infotainment system with wireless android auto and apple car play, Tata’s two spoke wheel with LOGO, wireless charger, Digital meter console, cruise control, 6 airbags, revers parking camera, automatic climate control, Tata’s connected car technology etc. The Engine will remain same 1.2L 3-cylinder Petrol engine that produces 88PS and 115 NM torque. Transmission option will be 5 speed manual and AMT.
Skoda Kushaq Facelift
Kushaq has set strong foundation for Skoda India. The entry of this car in Compact SUV segment was also a major strategic shift for Indian market too. Now Skoda is panning to bring update to this Car as its testing. From the spy shots this is evident that it will be getting New Grill, Sharper LED light, New Bumper Design and New Alloy Wheel which providing it Bold and Premium look. But there will be no Major design in overall profile, original stance and presence will remain same. wheel arc cladding, same design door handles, same side trim, Blacked Out B-Piller, Dual Tone ORVMs roof rails, same body frame, New Color Options, Variety and Customization, Awaited Panoramic Sunroof, Updated Infotainment, Digital Meter Console, ADAS L2 , 360 Degree Camera among other.
Nissan Tekton
Nissan has majorly one product which is doing decent in Indian Market and that is ‘Nissan Magnite’. Now to enter Indian Market deeper the company has announced the Launching of its SUV The ‘Tekton’. Nissan Tekton will be the exact rival of Creta, Seltos, Honda Elevate, Brezza among others. It will be fully loaded with features and will come with advanced technology. Nissan knows how competitive the market has become so to keep that in mind Nissan will keel its pricing competitve. It is expected to be launched in April-May 2026.
Tata Sierra
Tata’s fully tech loaded and all new designed ‘Tata Sierra’ has been unveiled by the company. So now its confirm that this car will come in Its ICE version first, also the company will be launching the EV version of it but after the Petrol/Diesel trim. Its Direct competitor will be Mahindra’s ScorpioN. This car will be having connected Infotainment system 3 screen setup. Advanced level Feature like ADAS is also anticipated.
Volkswagen Tera
This will be the new comer for Indian market although it is being sold in Global market. The Brazilian version is call it ‘Tera’ but the name is not confirmed for Indian market. The rival will be its sibling Skoda Kylaq, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet etc. Its solid built and driving pleasure will make a different attraction for the car. The feature it will carry forward from its sibling Kylaq and this will come in Petrol version manual and automatic with 1.0L TSi turbo engine. Launch is expected in Mid 2026.
